Dora E. Toal, 79, passed away in Ennis, Texas, on Saturday, April 2, 2016.
Dora was born in Ennis, Texas, on September 4, 1936, to Paul Malcolm and Reba (Glaspy) Toal. She grew up in
Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1954. She went on to attend Business College in Dallas, Texas.
Dora worked for over thirty years for Southwestern Life Insurance Company as an accounting manager, she then
went to work for Nationwide Computers System/PMSC and finally to Quality Inn as a receptionist.
She was a member of the Church of Christ and the Rebecca Lodge in Ennis. She enjoyed bingo, bowling and
above all spending time with family.
She is survived by two nephews: Paul Toal and Pete Toal, along with her Family of the Heart, not birth, The
Scroggins family, and one sister-in-law, Linda Toal.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Paul M. Toal, Jr.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis on Saturday, April 9, 2016.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis.
Interment will follow in the Myrtle Cemetery of Ennis under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
