Ruby Jane Rogers Harper, 84, passed away in Palmer, Texas, on Sunday, November 15, 2015.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Palmer.
A Celebration of her life took place place on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Palmer with Marcus Harper officiating. The grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Palmer Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
