Naomi Ruth McBride, 90, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, in Ennis, Texas.
Naomi was born in Alma, Texas, on September 13, 1925, to Henderson and Sadie (Gray) McBride. She grew up in Alma and attended school there. She has been a lifetime resident of Ennis, Texas.
She was a member of the Fourth Ward Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing the piano and cooking.
She is survived by special nephew, Michael McBride and niece, Wanda Houston along with numerous other nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be on Friday, October 23, 2015, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.
A Celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the Fourth Ward Baptist Church of Ennis with Rev. Steven Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in Ennis Memorial Park under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
