Daniel Louis Pritchett

Danny was born in Ennis, TX, on May 25, 1954, where he was raised and attended school. He stopped suffering on May 31, 2014, at his home in Troy, TX.  Danny enjoyed life to the fullest; especially dancing and fishing with his wife, NASCAR and bowling. He was truly a family man. He found good in every person he met. He worked as a mechanic most of his life and enjoyed working on “old cars”. His last place of employment was Equipment Depot.

He was preceded in death by both parents, Lera Elmo Pritchett and Naomi Davenport Pritchett, and two sisters; Ruth Annette Pritchett and Ina Louise Bell.  Surviving Danny’s death are his wife, Carol Moore Pritchett (Troy, TX), daughter Stacy Davidson and her husband Jared, their two sons Connor and Ryland; daughter Jennifer Pritchett and her children Elizabeth and Taylor.  Stepchildren are Ely and Casey Conrad and their two daughters, Pazlee and Kimber(Holland, TX), Lindsay Conrad( Killeen, TX), Ashley Conrad McCormick and husband Tommie and their daughter Makayla, and son Jacob( Cameron, TX), Three additional Grandchildren; Jeremy Conrad, Audry Conrad, and Dylon Conrad(Troy, TX).  Three sisters surviving Danny’s death are Lera Jean Brunson( Dawson, TX), Wanda Joy McCammon(Ennis, TX )and Linda Jo Campbell(Ennis, TX), one brother, Thomas Elmo Pritchett (Ohio), Niece, Angela(FAVE) Joyce Brunson Eshelman(Arizona) and more nieces and nephews.

Before Danny died, he said, “I know I’m not the perfect man, but I try to be good to people and live for the Lord. I hope God sees enough good in me to let me in.” Danny will truly be missed by all that knew him and loved him, but they will see him again someday; in Heaven.
