Lino Torrez, Jr., 51, passed away in Dallas, Texas on Friday, March 7, 2014.
Lino was born in California on August 14, 1962 Lino Torrez, Sr. and Martha Canales He grew up in Bristol, Texas. On July 28, 2001 he married Cynthia Harris.
Lino worked for Tele Tech , Inc. and was the owner and operator of Torrez PC repairs. He was a member of the NRA and Oath Keepers. He enjoyed computers and reading.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Torrez; daughter: Meaghan Leann Torrez; step-daughter, Brooke Nicole Miller; step-sons: Travis Jon and wife, Sarah Miller and Seth Lee Miller; his father, Lino Torrez, Sr.; three sisters: Genevive Blair, Arcilia Mercado and Diane M. Rodriguez; two aunts and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his step-father, Luis Perez and his mother, Martha Canales.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis. A Celebration of his life will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 1 p.m. in the Bible Baptist Church of Ennis, 2200 Ensign Road.
The family request in lieu of flowers memorial be sent to Bible Baptist Church of Ennis.
