Bobby Story, 79, of Greeley passed away at Fairacres Manor on Sunday, July 31, 2016. He was born in Bardwell, Texas on October 21, 1936 to Elbert C. and Beulah (Anderson) Story where he grew up and then graduated from Waxahachie High School in Waxahachie, TX.
Bobby married Suzanne O’Neal on July 19, 1957. He served in the National Guard over 8 years before being honorably discharged.
The family moved to Colorado in 1976.
Survivors include his wife, Suzanne of Greeley; daughter, Julie (Mark) Carter of Greeley; son, Tim (Dana) Story of Peoria, AZ and daughter, Tami (Linda) Story of Greeley; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Luther (Bobbie) Story of Tyler, TX as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Lester and Glenn Story.
Private family services were held.
