2902981Redia Rebecca Skrivanek, 60, passed away in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015.
Redia was born in Louise, Miss., on Oct. 21, 1954, to Odis Bradshaw and Clara Mullen. On April 21, 2007, she married George A. Skrivanek and they made their home in Crisp, Texas.
Redia worked for many years as an insurance adjuster. She was a member of the Harvest Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, camping and sewing.
She is survived by her husband, George A. Skrivanek; son, Albert L Latham Jr. and wife Heidi; daughters, Sherrie White and husband Bill and Sheila Gonzales and husband Zeke; one step-son, George A. Skrivanek III; two step-daughters, Joey Sherman and Tricia Skrivanek; 12 grandchildren: two great-grandchildren; her father, Odis Bradshaw; three brothers, Joe Bradshaw, Jimmy Bradshaw and Odis N. Bradshaw; and three sisters, Linda Wortham, Sharon Henderson and Annette Bradshaw.
She is preceded in death by her mother.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, Jan. 14, from 6 until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis. A Celebration of her life will take place on Thursday, Jan. 15, at 2 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis, with Larry Middleton officiating. Interment will follow in Crisp Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
