Victor Ziegler, 78, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
Victor was born in San Antonio, Texas December 3, 1936 to Victor and Ola Lucille (Collins) Ziegler. He grew up in San Antonio and graduated from High School there; he went on to attend college. On July 20, 1964 he married Irene Wilhoite. He served his country proudly in the United State Air Force.
He worked for Bell Helicopter as a machinist. He was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and playing golf. Irene was the love of his life for over forty-six years.
He is survived by two daughters; Lucy Craig and Roxanne Allen; step-sons; Alvin Holt, Ralph Holt and Gary Holt; numerous grandchildren: numerous great-grandchildren and two step-sisters: Linda Answorth and Allene Perskins.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Ziegler on November 2, 2010, step-son, Durward Holt and help-brother, William Bettcher.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 2 p.m. in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
