Radney Gillentine, age 62, passed away in Ennis on January 28, 2014. He was born on January 4, 1952 in Dallas to Bobby L. and Bobbye Marie (Pierce) Gillentine. He married Pamela Chambers on June 24, 1971 in Lancaster. Radney served in the United States Navy during the Viet Nam War, and was a member of the American Legion Post #361. He is survived by his wife, Pamela; son, Robert Gillentine and his wife, Rebecca of Bardwell; daughter, Teresa Campbell and her husband Alex of Ennis; two granddaughters, Kailey and Charley Jane Gillentine; stepmom, Kay Bell of Tyler; brother, Daniel Gillentine and his wife Shelly of Tyler; sisters, Linda Clarke and her husband Tim of Ennis, Donna Hovis of Ennis, and Janice Wuebbles and her husband Phil of Eugene, Oregon; mother and father-in-law, Melvin and Hope Chambers of Sherman, Texas; brother-in-law, Jim Chambers and his wife Tracey of Cooper, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews. Radney is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother-in-law, Doug Hovis and niece, Kimberly Wuebbles. A Memorial Service will be held at 1P.M. on Saturday, February 8, 2014, at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel in Ennis.
