Margaret Zabojnik, 73, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Margaret was born in Ennis, Texas on January 6, 1940 to John P. and Alouise (Pavlicek) Zabojnik. She grew up in Telico and attended school in Telico and St. John Catholic Schools. She worked as a home care giver for her parents. She was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, KJZT #16 and RVOS. She enjoyed nature and working with the flowers in her garden. She loved and cared for many cats. She is survived by one brother, Robert Zabojnik and his wife, Mary of Ennis; three sisters: Louise Slovak of Ennis, Francis Chudej and her husband, Joe of Dallas and Della Kubacek of Ennis along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, John P and Alouise Zabojnik, brothers, Emil Zabojnik, Joe Zabojnik, Victor Zabojnik, Milton Zabojnik, Edwin Zabojnik and John Zabojnik and sisters, Mary Schullenberg and Sophie Janicek. Visitation will be on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis. A Celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the J. E. Keever Mortuary Chapel with Father John Dick officiating. Pallbearers will be her nephews.
