Cecil Horton Campbell, 66, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2013 in Red Oak, Texas. Cecil was born in Chatfield, Texas, to Algy Cecil and Mildred Grace Campbell on May 27, 1947. He grew up in Ennis, Texas and graduated from Ennis High School in 1965. On September 21, 1993 he married Elizabeth Lorraine Gutierrez and they made their home in Red Oak. He worked for Quest for twenty-three years as a production manager. He enjoyed NASCAR, playing the guitar. He loved his family and especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Campbell of Red Oak: daughter, Angelena Crain and her husband Michael Bush of Red Oak; two grandchildren: Alexandria and Gabielle; his mother, Mildred Prestidge of Ennis; sisters Carolyn Cox of Ennis, Kathy Smart of Mabank; step sister, Teresa Jones of Ennis, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis under the direction of J.E.
