Maricela Gutierrez, 23, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in Bardwell, Texas. Maricela was born in Dallas, Texas on October 22, 1989 to Alfredo and Maria Luisa (Gonzales) Gutierrez. She grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 2010. She attended Navarro College and received her CMA certification. She was a member of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. She is survived by her father, Alfredo Gutierrez and his wife, Tomasa; her mother, Maria and her husband, Daniel Vargas; one daughter, Delilah Tan; two brothers: Marco Gutierrez and his wife, Adriana and Alfredo Gutierrez, Jr. along with three sisters: Marielena Gutierrez, Christina Gutierrez and Josie Gutierrez. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 22, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis. Mass of the Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Ennis with Father Antonio Ormaza as celebrant.
