Paul Langley, 83, passed away in Irving, Texas on Sunday, February 10, 2013. Paul was born December 26, 1929 in Ennis, Texas to William T. and Clara Langley. He grew up in the Ennis area and attended St. John schools. On August 19, 1950 he married Bettye Wood. They made their home in Ennis. Paul served our country in the U. S. Army, stationed in Alaska. Following his military service, he worked in sales for Data Business Forms and also worked as a delivery man for the Manor Bread Company. Paul was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waxahachie. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping, cooking and spoiling his loyal companion Sundae. Paul is survived by his wife Bettye; one son, Wayne Langley and his wife, Martha; one sister, Laura Weldon; two grandchildren: Adrienne Langley Gaddis and Randall Wayne Langley; and one great grandchild, Bailee Gaddis and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Damon; sisters: Clara Ann, Marquita and Roy Dean. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Rosary at 7 p.m. A Celebration of his life will take place on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis with Father Antonio Ormaza officiating. Interment will follow in DFW National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2013 under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc. www.jekeevermortuary.com
